12345 West Dixie is a 4,000 sq. ft. loft-style photography and media production studio and gallery housed in a vintage 1949 Mimo storefront building. We are conveniently located between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale in the North Miami Arts District (NoMi).

This versitile facility is available on a daily or weekly basis for photo shoots,
art exhibits, openings, seminars, music and fashion events.
12345 West Dixie is also a unique location for film and TV production and talent castings.

We host fine art shows and have gallery openings on a regular basis. Check the Now Showing listing for the current exhibit.
The studio is also home to photographic artists Deborah Gray Mitchell and Paul Morris.
